Hello! I´m going to talk about this great book w ritten by the Austrian psychiatrist Viktor Emil Frankl (1946). Have you ever thought that your life don´t have meaning? Maybe, you don´t have work, you don´t know what do you want study, or you just are living with a lot of problems. I f so, this book will help you a little. The story is about Viktor´s experiences as an concentration camp prisoner during second world war. He divides his experiences in the concentrations camp into three parts: "Internment in the field“ "Life in the Concentration Camp” “After the release”. Today I´m going to adapt it with our daily life. The first part is when you are entering in a problem Consciously or unconsciously and you have hope that this problem will be overcome.
